TODAY I HAVE BEEN BAD. :/
THIS MORNING I HAD MY BREAKFAST.

ALSO I HAD 1 WHOLE ICE POLE & A HALF.
HALF A TUNA BAGUETTE.
A QUARTER OF A SINGLE BAR OF TWIX.
A HUGE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.
A CUP OF MILK.
A HAM SANDWICH WITH KETCHUP FILLING.
A FRUIT SHOOT.
A RICE KRISPIES BAR.
i also ate a scrumptious apple which i forgot to add.

So this was really bad, but my dad brought me a glass of milk & a big chocolate chip cookie with 20+ coconut nuts and i couldnt resist the urge to eat them.
But i do burn it off by dancing.
Thats mainly my exercise.
RICE WITH A VEGETABLE MIX & CHICKEN.
SMALL PORTIONS & HALF A GLASS OF BANANA & STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE.

As i said in my previous post, that i would lose all this weight in 40 days.
Day 40 will be on a thursday 24th June but as i started this blog on a saturday im going to give it an extra 2 more days. So my final weigh in will be on Saturday 26th June.

SO THIS IS DAY 2 OF FOOD DIARY CHALLENGE.
My father & my brother had been to Tesco in the morning and had brought those already cooked chicken wings.
I ate two of them. Yummy
& another sexual supermalt.
